Refund policy

At karma kurtis we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how you can exchange your item:

How to Exchange: Reach out to us at karmatextile05@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchange Options: You can choose to exchange for a different size or color of the same product, or opt for a different product from our collection.
Pickup and Delivery: We’ll arrange for the item to be picked up from you and will send the replacement once we receive the return. The exchange will begin as soon as we get the item back.
Requirements: The product must be unused and in the original condition. It will be inspected at our warehouse, and if approved, we’ll dispatch the new item within 24-72 working hours.
Stock Availability: If the desired product is out of stock, we’ll help you choose an alternative.
Limitations: Exchanges are limited to one per item.

Canceling Your Order: You can cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing us at karmatextile05@gmail.com.
Right to Cancel: We may cancel orders due to stock issues, incorrect listings, or concerns about payment or fraud. Our decision is final.
